No Doug. The general trend when buying companies out is what the potential yearly turnover is + some sort of premium . If they believe AVRs valve can capture 5 billion in sales per year thats probably the minimum AVR can expect . Just remember if AVR is acquired it’s probably not just the TAVR their buying , it’s the ADAPT IP as well . All relies on great results in trials and having a stack of data to back up what they have been telling us . If it lives up to the hype it will conquer the majority of the TAVR market and after a few years of results possibly make SAVR operations and valves obsolete . Time will tell , AVR is looking like it will finally reward all its holders . This company has hurt a lot of people financially over the years . I am aware Jay lost a packet and I sincerely hope he still holds enough to ultimately recoup his investment and maybe get some sort of return . GLTATH
