An interesting observation. Who knows if the FDA would alter their own processes or express annoyance? I assume not, but at least this announcement gives the market something to cheer about. And I would opine that the immenent expiry of AVRO may have influenced Anteris' path to get some good news via the back door, or any other.
So: at at last: some fizz!
