Will be interesting to see whether TAH counter offer with an acquisition of BET. Would make sense from technology and international expansion opportunities. Can’t imagine TAH would want to sit on the sidelines and then watch BET capture a market that Todd Buckingham labelled as “Australia 10 years ago”. Would be far less risk than the original proposal from BET with heavy dilution in my opinion.
