    agree fully that commercial real estate will get tough , i also believe that shopping centre riets are also under the same pressure . but the GPTs and DXSs have defied this theory and are going from strength to strength.

    My way of thinking the safest bet going into the future with a REIT would be retirement .
    Sadly as the economy gets tougher i can see kids shipping their parents into these villages sooner. The Retirement sector should strengthen as the economy gets weaker.
