I would have thought once they flush the FMDP they will have enough cash to pivot where and when necessary. Black Mesa would have a number of DSUs identified and I’d say would be lining up their ducks ready to go once the cash in bank reaches the level needed, whatever that may be. Only my opinion, just at a guess.
