Reducing SOI via consolidation will not make stock more 'tightly held', it will just reduce no of shares amongst the same players. Reducing via buyback may, but the fact remains - the shareprice quadrupled with similar SOI previously, even though you want to pretend it was only manipulation that drove it higher last time the fact is 'churn' or the high SOI didn't stop it from being pushed higher. And it won't this time either once significant cash starts flowing into company coffers from current drill program.
