You can't- I can't...not yet but it's coming. You own more of the company. I want to own more of BRK at cheap prices & not have to pay out of my own back pocket. A buy-back takes value from impatient holders & delivers it to the patient. It's that simple and is rarely instantaneously gratifying. If you don't understand the immense value add a buy-back has for residual holders when equity is steeply discounted then I'll direct you to some of the letters Warren Buffet has written on the subject with respect to Berkshire Hathaway. it's a salient lesson from arguably one of the most able minds in investing.
