Dear David,
I know we've had our differences on company strategy in the past....ultimately we both want BRK to be wildly successful. There's a good chance the BRK share price will finally respond to the outcome of the current drilling in progress. I am asking yet again to immediately start the on market buy-back that you indicate is the company's intent later this year. If the share price does respond to production results (and it appears it may be anticipating this), BRK will lose the current opportunity on hand to get maximum effect for it's spend in reducing its shares on issue. Why buy at perhaps large premiums to the current share price? Cash flow as a consequence to a sharp increase in production can be expected with a high degree of certainty. Waiting to re-establish the buy-back could I feel waste an opportunity currently on hand but that opportunity may not present itself again. I implore you to consider starting the buy-back now & not waiting until the share price might have a '2' handle on it.
