Apologies in advance for my ignorance, but are not the lion’s share of these options already owned by CPS and their “sophisticated and professional investors” as per the last cash raise? Is this not a double dip? I’m neither a sophisticated or professional investor (quite the opposite) so like I said, I could be way wrong, but in my mind they are protecting - and profiting from - their own freebies. I’m probably wrong so happy to be educated nicely without sarcastic comments thanks. ☺️
