Terrible financing deals with CPS. Buy in with CPS on their first raise then get the hell out on the capital raise pump they do for round two. Doesn't matter what company or what fundamentals are in play, if you have to deal with these guys then its not the golden egg laying goose you were promised. No other broker kills the momentum better than these guys.
