I can understand that BRK arent as worried about the production cashflow but more focused on building reserves and acreage position. But at some stage you have to sell a DSU to make money - if thats your business plan. Wouldnt it be easier to Sell a single DSU with 6(or so) PDP wells then 1 PDP and 5 PUD. Is there 20 well program over 5 years - one at each DSU and so on or is it 6 at one DSU then 6 at another and so on?

If a DSU was completed with all PDP wells and you could see the production data and modelled decline surely someone would look at it and say okay $100m rev over the next 20 years on historical prices. and BRK would negotiate and say we will take $50m now?
