If people wanted in let them buy on the market or better yet if BOD and CW believe in the company as much as they say they do. Then why didn't they sell up some of their recently acquired performance shares and reinvest it back into the company. On another note why give them a 10% discount. The market price is the market price !! One very disgruntled owner. Management has lost a lot of credibility in my eyes.
