I think a lot of folks are jumping the gun here...MTM doesn't have the tech YET. They have an exclusive option to negotiate for the tech...read below
FJH Option exclusivity period expires on 16 March 2024. Upon exercise of the FJH Option MTM (through FJ Processing Pty Ltd, which upon completion of the Flash acquisition, will be a wholly owned subsidiary) and Rice University have 90 days to negotiate an exclusive license agreement for the use of the FJH technology.
Watch this space...I wonder how much the exclusive license agreement will cost???
