also that the market cap. is what the market value the company at, if you like to use current total SOI and ignore the new shares that will be issued soon, then if the market is value this at $8m then post-tranche 2 placement and the CR the market will value at the same market cap then s/p will be much lower than current s/p. or do you think the market will already priced in the potential increase in total SOI?
