ok, if you know housing price is going to crash and the house you are buying has market value of $1m (in few weeks time it has high chance to drop to $600k) would you still pay $1m now? this is the same as to how you should work out current M/C and what SOI to use. you shouldn't ignore the new shares that not issue yet.
