5x existing SaaS is low balling it - 70%-80% of the other revenue is ARR just not called SaaS and they're working their way through the client list to convert more of it to SaaS. They're also sitting on a cash pile, are the must have in the space across ANZ and have a relevant tech kit for an international compliance needy client base.
