For accommodating a population of 130,000, we will need a wastewater treatment capacity of 30,000 - 40,000 ton/day taking reference from an average person produces 350 litre per day in Australia or 220 litre/day in rural China.
In a typical township development, it may be developed in many stage, so if it is 5 or 10 stages, it equates to a requirement of about 5,000 - 6,000 m3/d capacity in each stage. That would be a few small SUBREs or 50 -60 L4s or L5s.

Just touching on IC, a typical O&M for a project is about 5% of the cost, so if we get to do the O&M, there should be a $9m recurring income from there (with higher margin). Looking at how complicated the project takes to build from the monthly videos, our chance to be maintaining is very high.
