What I find most fascinating of the location of PS1 is that it is smack right in prime real estate location next to the beach, next to existing hotels and amongst high-rise and densely built up area. It has to be able to address the odour and noise issues to confidently locate the plant there.

I hope this will be a reference site to the many beach and island resorts in other South East Asian countries. I remember some pretty polluted water at some popular island resorts in Thailand that would badly need our systems.

I think PS1 is located between Independence Beach and Holiday Palace Sihanoukville where the swimming pool at the hotel corresponds to the AGM picture. And this is a picture using Street View courtesy from Daniel's link showing that PS1 is hidden behind the trees/bush behind the swimming pool.
