Thanks relax1 for keeping tabs for us. Really bodes well for FLC to see Cambodia putting its serwerage systems in order.

From my reading on Sihanoukville, seems like there is a lot more work to do. Hence, I feel PS3 on the cards, as DPM Chea Sophara has alluded to. My sense is that the city developed without putting adequate sufficient infrastructure with the rapid growth of casinos and now they have to do a bit of catching up. PS1 and PS2 just don't seem to be enough. From my contacts on the ground, legislation is being put in place to compel new hotels and casino built after 2015 to face mandatory requrements to install their own WWTP. Systems like Aspiral will be a good place to assist if that happens given our track record.

I saw your video shared with @jamesc666. I remember a holiday at Langkawi some years ago and I saw the same open discharge into the ocean. I hope the same legislation impetus is felt in countries like Malaysia because of they don't, they are going to lose a lot of tourists to competing South East Asian nations. FYI, I told the FLC boys whom I met at SIWW about the open discharge and they have been working on it. But I am not sure where their progress is in penetrating the market there.
