    No way from Australian or American politicians either, going out in torrential rain and flooding to walk across a sewage treatment plant, not a chance, way below their pay grade. These Cambodian politicians seem to get right out amongst the people and do things for the benefit of the general population.

    I think these 2 show just how high water would need to rise before having a major effect on the plant.
    Considering they deal with flooding every year, and being built into a river bed, the plant is high enough that the rest of the city would be underwater before there was a major effect on PS2.
