Must say I’m pretty impressed with the pomp and pageantry organised for just a waste water treatment plant in Cambodia.

Im still catching my head about this public celebration without any announcement by FLC.

Could it be that the authorises have signed an agreement with X Water and FLC is still haggling with X water over their costs therefore no contract yet
or
The authorises have jumped the gun without signing any contracts with X Water or FLC

or…………..

Just seems unusual to have the cart before the horse IMO, but maybe that’s how they do business in Cambodia.

Would be great if someone could attempt to clarify the steps or potential process.

Mind you who cares as long as there is an announcement by FLC very soon.

Kind of miss those regular announcements.
