So the government is essentially setting the standard/model by which future tourism development in Cambodia will need to follow. Richard did have a bit of smug comment in the recent interview where said the recent commissioning of the Cambodia WWTP was our first in Cambodia, but it definitely won't be our last...

I can see why the market has sold down this business, and I can say that many eyes are now off FLC ... it's a big wait and see if they will make it. The few eyes that are still on it can clearly see they are moving rapidly in the right direction, and so long as they continue to do that.. it's only a matter of time before they 'make-it'.

This PS3 win will materially support FY22 SPS revenue and be a strong back-bone for a strong growth year, along with the relaxing of COVID rules... because it's a case of getting your population vaccinated and learning to 'live with covid'. Mandatory quarantines have to stop, and if we see it stop in a conservative country like Australia.. other regions will follow in short order and 2022 should present much more favourable trading conditions for FLC. IMO of course.
