Ok more big news, the Cambodian Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction has released the Sihanoukville Vision 2038 Masterplan. Fluence MABR plants have been directly written into it, as well as establishing that all building owners and land developers in Sihanoukville need to collect all their toilet waste and connect it into a sewer system.

This is a 140 page document, and wastewater is mentioned on about 1/3 of the pages in some form. There are a lot of building regulations and all of them require toilets and a wastewater collection area.

This document sets the construction planning, vision and goals until 2038, and is updated every 5 years as required (Sihanoukville 5 year plan?). So for at least the next 5 years Fluence's Israeli MABR will be the only type of sewage treatment written directly into the document with references to PS1, PS2 and PS3. Looks like Cambodia is going to be a happy hunting ground for Fluence!
