    Looks like in addition to the 20,000 m3/d at PS3, there is another 15,000m3/d plant(s) plan for 2022/2023.

    I asked @jamesc666 how he made such a deduction.

    He replied, article quoted "47,000 treatment capacity in 2023. Now we have 5,000 + 7,000 + 20,000 = 32,000. So there will be 15,000 more. Also : 64,000 by 2030, so it will slow down after 2023 with 17,000 for the next 7 years.

    However, other provinces and private developments will be picking up."
