The major issue, I think, that the market finds issue with FLC is the pace of scaleability. Yes, true. But the momentum of decentralisation is gathering pace especially in Cambodia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. They have learnt from the Chinese that they must leapfrog with technology as Cambodia PS 1,2,3 has shown.
