Ann: FLC repays Upwell loan in full & secures revolving credit, page-4

I agree, this is a great announcement. The money is being lent by management and the keystone investor. Obviously, they still have a good interest rate for return on their investment, but this is better than what we had. Is this more confirmation that the ship has turned and we'll see a good quarterly tomorrow where they finally exceed target? It would be long, long overdue. The only shame is the SP is so low that even a 50% increase from here only takes us back to the highs we had earlier in the year. But as another poster pointed out, perhaps keeping the SP low has been someone's way of accumulating shares, knowing that the company is finally building momentum - i.e. actually selling products rather than dreams - and growing strong. Oh well, we'll find out more tomorrow morning.
