Lots of great points above. The fact that FLC appear to be able to make deals with both public and private sectors in China is massive. The Israeli and Chinese flags together show that we are set up to ride geopolitical bumps and play ball politically, a crucial trait in a global business. The MOU with Kaitian is a great bonus and any binding orders will give visibility (we can surely expect the first one soon, and at a minimum of US$20m through 2021 it's quite substantial), but unlike iTest they do not have any exclusivity clauses - let Yiyang City / Kaitian lead the way and watch others in the proximate regions grow in interest at this new technology and it's unmatched economics.

It sounds like we're being provided this delivery chain hub on extraordinarily favourable terms, and looking at the bigger picture we are cementing ourselves as a multi-provincial employer of Chinese labour, providing a further coat of protection. This is adoption in the making. As Sell said, this de-risks us. Never have we had a clearer indication of mass demand in the municipal market than this.
