The Changzhou factory has a full capacity of 7500 MABR modules per year. This announcement would take around 6.4% of full production capacity at full utilization of the Yiyang assembly plant. This does not account for if there are any defective units coming off the line.
The Hunan Xielingang 800 m3/d plant is comprised of 4 x Aspiral L4 containers each limited to 200 m3/d, however, this varies on a plant by plant basis depending on influent characteristics, average operating temperature and capacity requirements (and each partnership and province does it differently).
Fluence have not given out current inventory numbers for MABR, however, they are now ramping up from 1 daily shift to maximum 3 shift production.
I expect another similar agreement to be signed in Liaoning Province by the start of next year. I would not be surprised to see another assembly plant for Zhejiang Province, however, this is directly across the border from the Changzhou factory (less than 3 hours drive) so would not necessarily help efficiency that much.
