The Changzhou plant will be producing to the capacity of 7,500 MABR units (3 shifts) by Q4 this year on the current 1 line. The Changzhou has the capacity to go up to 3 lines.

I believe the assembly of the Aspiral containers are currently also done in the Changzhou facility, which clogs up valuable space for the other 2 lines. In addition, it also requires more areas to park the empty and loaded containers.

The original plan during Emefcy days was for the Changzhou plant to produce MABR spirals only. I would imagine with the introduction of containerized product, the likes Yiyang assembly plants makes a lot of sense to alleviate the space constraints in Changzhou.

I am seeing the plans will be our IP on MABR production remains in Changzhou, producing up to 3 lines in future, and assembly plants scattered in various cities.

just a back of envelope “not so conservative” calculation now:

from @Relax1 figure of $70,000 per L4 Aspiral unit, which requires 4 spirals of MABR.

Current 7,500 MABR capacity in Changzhou will be able to produce 1,875 L4 units which will be a potential of a revenue of $131m

That will be a big jump for our segment of Smart Package Solution.
