Always nice to see the first couple tenders come through to see the background processes working smoothly (as opposed to QSY).

I don't think Kaitian are targeting 120 Aspiral L4's per year, that is simply the maximum assembly capacity of the factory. The MOU is for a minimum of 40,000 m3/d by the end of 2021, which will likely be skewed more heavily to 2021 as sales ramp up and gain traction.

Judging by previous plants, Kaitian will use the L4's rated at 200 m3/d. 40,000 m3/d divided by 200 m3/d is 200 L4's.

This implies that Kaitian will take around 80 L4's in 2020 and 120 L4's in 2021. The 40 additional L4's assembled in 2020 (if factory is operating at full capacity of 120 units) can be shipped elsewhere for other projects like into Hubei for the iTEST contract.

Your Taojiang County 1000 m3/d plant above should use 5 x L4 Aspiral units if it is the same as previous Kaitian projects.

Bigger than the 800 m3/d Xielingang 4 x Aspiral L4 plant, lots of site prep and concrete needs to go in, as well as a wide network of piping.
Should capture more per project for Fluence (compared to iTEST) if Fluence are also supplying the additional treatment train requirements:
Pretreatment with screen filter and selection tank; four MABR-based Aspiral™ L4 containerized systems (for 800 m3/d plant); a secondary clarifier; a tertiary media filter and disinfection unit; and smart remote monitoring and control.
