    As much as i didn't like the CR price. At least it was filled, and filled quickly to what seems like the right people. Without this CR price it would be very hard to continue momentum. Great to see Ron continue to buy. 


    Balance sheet looks good now, momentum building, SUBRE not far off, Stamford news next 3-4 months and has mentioned a few new deals inc BOT projects in the works.


    Let's just hope we can bounce from the 37cents remain in the 40's until the sentiment and market turn.
