A positive update on their growth (strategy, growth rate, growth in different jurisdictions and notably potential for US deployments). Nice to see large US investors (including RSL) buying in. A token SPP for shareholders too.
On the negative, this is contrary to previous advice that no more capital raising was needed. We're also being diluted at a low.
On balance though, if this is a matter of "growing pains" for Fluence (typical for emerging tech companies) then I guess we can wear the dilution if it means stronger long-term growth for Fluence. They do seem to have a lot happening and at an increasing pace.
