    Hi EB. Some of the marketing efforts to attack the Yangtze River Economic Basin must be bearing fruit. See above.

    In terms of strategy, FLC was clever to first crack the national SOEs like 3Gorges, and to a lesser extent, Kaitian. Smaller players tend to follow the path of the bigger brother especially if the former is in a hurry. What is good for 3Gorges must be good enough for them. Hence, I agree with @Relax1, there will be more following suit especially those regional SOEs serving the 11 provinces that span the YREB.
