    Agree with not wasing money on marketing. The buyers are public servants per se and they don't move until the group decision is made and only then after a lot of visits and meetings. Product installed and operating is the best selling point so they can avoid any finger pointing if they pick the wrong one. Fast installation - low operating costs - effective operations. So FLC has to sell a few 5 unit installations at cost to get the process started. Jiangsu has to be a good reference for small group installtions while Sihanoukville (?) is a great example for larger installations. And as stated above, a good US installation is the best way to get it off the ground there - even if it is done for free.

    I've held for 4-5 years at a buy price of 45c because sure as eggs when I sell it will blast into orbit.
