    Seems like they had good reason to reiterate guidance, even with a few million gap missing between anticipated backlog to be filled in FY21 ... this fills a lot of that gap, and it appears there is a deadline for some provinces to hit by the end of this year... surely this can't be the only province needing to meet these standards by years end?

    Importantly, it's showing that these provinces are recognising that these 'deadlines' are being enforced...
