IMO what is material can be based on more than dollar value. New geographic locations, countries that are implementing new standards where an entire industry needs to conform, and Fluence being awarded the first contract to undertake such a transformation are all pieces of what I consider material information that I am happy to be made aware of. Focussing on the $$$ value of a contract is only one small part of this announcement.
