So you're advocating no news unless it is big china news...oh boy. Can you see the forest for the trees? Read other posters comments about the bigger picture. In my opinion when breaking new ground, everything is material. Companies post non binding MOU's...now there is a shallow announcement not worth the paper it's written on. These, although small contracts, are signed deals. Well worth announcing.
