Yes, purchase and payment to be completed over 27 months Sep 23 to Jan 26. it’s the capital cost of (I think) well over $200m plus the enormous onboarding costs on top of that. id say the contract is fixed as in, you buy all 30 pf them, so any financier will want to see how the totality of the deal is to be done - what mix of capital and borrowings. The one matter which fills me with some optimism is that this is a smart management. To even contemplate such a deal means they already have a plan to commercialise them. That is, there is a game plan they are not divulging yet. it’s an ambitious move, but now that we have all 33 of the past E190,S spoken for with an almost annuity style revenue attached, it’s an easier decision.
