Looking at the slides in the presentation, the installing plumbers have not been doing things by the books in WA. Most likely having first and second year apprentices do the bulk of the work on the volume builders homes.
FBU haven't named the second builder in Perth that is having a heap of failures, be very interested to know who that is.
in saying this, I was taught that Polybutene piping systems were rated to a lower temperature than PEX piping systems so prob not the greatest product to have in roofs in WA.
