    Governments are under pressure to fixing housing issues. FBU could be a huge benefactor of any new fiscal policies both in AUS and NZ.

    If they can get their cost base right and avoid needing to raise capital there could be huge upside here for what was once a high qulaity name.

    I've bought more share today.
