1. Bad business model
2. Bad balance sheet
3. Bad managers
4. Bad industry structure
5. Bad macroeconomic conditions.
Little wonder the stock is currently trading at more than 2-decade lows.
Items 1 to 4 are permanent/semi-permanent, so the only reason to own the stock is because Item 5 might somehow magically turn around.
But given some of the structural constraints in place, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for that to transpire.
