@ 19 cents, including convertible notes, the market cap is $17.5 million undiluted
fully diluted, including out-of-the-money options (20 cents exercise), the market cap is $33.6M
the options if exercised at 20 cents prior to 1/1/16 bring in $17M and grant another option, if exercised, bring in $21M
due to the piggyback options, this company has a potential fully diluted market cap of $50M at 19 cents
however, probably best to stick to the undiluted market cap for now
why don't you read the relevant announcements rather than read HC since u are not a newbie anymore?
