    CXZ has 84.6m Shares and 84.6m options (20c) [expiry date 28 Feb 2017] . Options exercised by '1 Jan 2016' will result in an issue of another option at an exercise price of 25 cents (Piggy Back Options). Possibly 84.6m piggyback options (25c).

    Also $2m in convertible notes (possibly 8m shares @25c).
