I think CXZ will be taken over by one of the major software vendors, rather than have a stand alone future.
SAP, Oracle, and IBM, even Microsoft are potential acquirers of the company once the car company contracts are in place. Moving down the chain a little, Reynolds and Reynolds and other Dealership management system providers would also be eyeing it's success and potential.
Each of these global vendors has existing Automotive Service Management expertise, linked to Automotive master data generated during vehicle build. Many of the OEM's already run SAP for core financials and increasingly vehicle manufacture. Flex would be a logical addition.

Hats off to a local provider kicking goals on the global scene.
