I think they intend to go slow as they would like to see whether the system works properly.
They made a mistake last year when they launched flexiroam voice app and it failed in execution.
I can see a lot of potential in X and they have a business plan and a proper strategy.
- release to all countries(achieved)
- allow 4G connection while roaming(achieved)
Next would be to integrate with flexiroam voice while roaming or provide voice roaming. Then it will be full solution and will see a lot of uptake.
