    It could also just as easily be a prerequisite for a deal they are negotiating. The other party wants confidence they have a buffer available.

    Half glass full VS half glass empty.

    I don't love the agreement, but it doesn't generate dilution which is good.

    With all that said, cash flow positive by Jan is great news.
