Yes and I'm waiting at .03 cents for the next guy that has to sell in an emergency. Personal emergency. Happens on a regular basis. If the guy has alot of shares, or needs quite a bit of cash, then its going to affect the share price. The downside of low liquidity.
But if you want to reap the multiples in a couple of years, then you need to sow now.
How many times have you looked at a chart and said to yourself, I wish I bought 2 years ago when it was 3 cents...
