It is a difficult situation. They are trying to secure funding to keep 70% of their staff on with very little income.
Who is going to lend under such circumstances? Lenders don't have the same concern for staff that the company does.
It is a gamble on how soon the world will recover from Covid 19. The irresponsible actions of the USA promise to wreck any quick recovery.
