As per the AGM the last half year EBITDA on BYOjet was $1.29 million.So a full year with an improvement say $3 million EBITDA.The deal says 6 times so this would equal $18 million.So it looks to be a minimum of this.DVI only paid $1.5 million for 54.69%.
