All very well to say any deal must be approved by SH's without Todd voting but reality is there wont be another deal,they are hardly likely to go out and drum up deal or deals which go in competition with the one we may get put on the table by BBIG,they have just regrouped and now putting their next battle plan into motion,I for one do not believe they have changed their intentions to control this project 100%. To think an organization like the Todd family who have already clearly shown their true colors as a corporate citizen would overnight turn around and embrace minority SH's would have to be the height of gullibility,same sheet different smell!
